COSMIC TRAVEL NETWORK CONTRACT
The travel contract below mentioned, is regulated by the "Traveling International Convention" signed in Brussels on April 23, 1990, which stated that all the cancellations, changes and substitutions by reasons applicable to the traveler or the Agency, are subject to penalty. The cancellations, changes and substitutions of reservations made by unforeseen circumstances and by force majeure, as the caused by phenomenon natural or social, will be regulated by the stated in this contract.
General reservations:
The reservations accepted by Cosmic Travel Network, will be subject to availability of transportation, lodging and operators, which will be informed to the traveler through a final confirmation. The itineraries: are worked very carefully with the traveler assistance but, for operational reasons, it could be necessary to change the order of the activities, due to major force problems, such as natural disasters, etc., which in most cases the transport and operators of the city to be visited are totally stopped, in this unforeseen cases.
Traveler documentation:
Cosmic Travel Network recommend the travelers, to present their personal documents to show the operator and hotels with accurate names and numbers in the passports.
Passports & Visas:
You are responsible for all visas, permits, necessary health requirements, and any other documents as required by laws, regulations and orders of the countries visited. All passengers traveling to South and Central America require a Passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip, and with appropriate visas according policy of each country.
Modification of reservations:
Any change made by the traveler must be done up to 45 labor days (individual passengers) prior the trip, the changes in reservations within 44 labor days prior the date of the travel, will be evaluated. Cosmic Travel Network reserves the right to accept or declined the modification requested.
Air tickets booking:
Prices are subject to availability and price change until the date of issue, traveler will be informed about the change. Also, the schedule and flight numbers are also subject to change by the airline until the departure date.
Important: The personal information the traveler send like names, surnames and passport numbers for the flights reservation have to be the same as your passport document. It will be the responsibility of the traveler in case there are some mistakes or omission.
Cancellation Recess Package (individual passengers):
The request of cancellation must be done including all the relevant information. Take note that the package is subject for the Hotels and suppliers cancellation polices so for this reason the deadline below will be depend of the final response from them. In case exist air tickets included in the package will be not refunded that portion.
Up to 45 labor days (Monday to Friday) prior the trip, $15.00 cancelation fee.
Within 30 and 44 labor days (Monday to Friday) prior the trip, 30% cancelation fee.
Within 16 and 29 labor days (Monday to Friday) prior the trip, 60% cancelation fee.
There will not be any reimbursement within the 15 labor days prior to the arrival.
Important: Promotional packages, Fixed departures packages and Cruise packages the cancellation fee is different that we mentioned above .the cancellation fee depends on the Hotel or Supplier and the dates prior departure.
Cancellation of the deposit:
If the traveler requests to cancel the deposit prior that Cosmic Travel Network starts with all the reservations of your package there'll be a discount the $15 for administrative expenses.
The Reimbursement:
The request of the reimbursement has to be required by e-mail with all the relevant reason, this process takes 30 and 45 labor days .It depends of the case. The reimbursement is made to your credit card then in few days the traveler need to review with their bank.
Responsibility:
Cosmic Travel Network organize by order and account of our travelers, with their names, the transportation, lodging and other tourist services required, so we are not responsible in case of accidents, losses of personal effects, delays or interferences with the tour, due to major force like bad weather condition or some problems in the operation respect of the transportation companies like airplane, train and bus. We have no direct responsibility.
Cosmic Travel Network is not responsible for any kind of sickness, maternity, physical or mental impediments, which may put into risk the health or integrity of our traveler or third parties during the tour. We will not assume any claim or reimbursement due to the above mentioned reasons.
Inform us previous to the agreement of our services, about any limitation of any nature, in order to recommend special services which contemplate the existing impediments.

Important: Cosmic Travel Network provides our travelers with an Emergency Number available from Monday to Sunday the 24 hours Labor and Holiday days.
